A few notes.....

As we return from Fall Break we will get back into our school routine.  We will have a Religion and Spelling test every Friday beginning this week.  We have completed our Math multiplication chapter and will also taking that test on Friday October 20th.

The first quarter will end on October 25th.

On Halloween our class will create a Witch's Brew as our snack.  Yesterday, each student was given one ingredient to provide for the brew.

Interviews on Faith

My job is to interview 3 people.  I must ask each person the following 3 questions.  I can for now just write their responses as notes instead of sentences.  I need to make my notes as detailed as possible and write down everything I can that the person says.

The three people can be any age, but they must be different ages.  For example my 12 year old brother, my mom and my Grandpa.

1.  Are there some saints who are special to you?  Why are they special?
2.  Rosaries, statues and holy water are examples of a sacramental.  Do you have a sacramental?  If so, how do they bring you closer to God?
3.  In school we learn about different kinds of prayers and devotions.  What are some that are important to you?  Why are they important?
