Our class went to the Bank of Kentucky center to see Spirit of America today.  It was a wonderful treat to sit in private suites to view the program.  Before I say too much let's see what the students have to say.  Please post a comment and let me know what you thought.

It worked!  We tried a new Science Project today and it worked!!  We made Spectrascopes in Science class and as always before we began I made the statement, "I don't know it this is going to work, but we will try and see what happens."  We covered the bottom of the paper towel roll with cardboard and masking tape, cut out the light slit, made the eye viewer and spot to slide in the CD.  Then it was the moment we had all been waiting for, we turned on the lamp and WOW, we could see a rainbow of colors through the viewer.  Check out pictures on the photos page.
